The final stage of preparation of the agreement on the creation of a free trade zone between the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and Egypt is also underway, which should improve conditions for Russian exporters.

Russian citizens need an entry visa to visit Egypt. A tourist visa can be issued
at the airport of arrival or online on the portal www.visa2egypt.gov.eg with the
payment of the visa fee online on the site. Consideration of an application when
submitted online takes up to 7 days. The cost of a single entry visa for citizens
of the Russian Federation is 25 USD. The period of stay in the country
is 30 days.

The Egyptian Consulate in Moscow accepts documents for a business visa
to Egypt. Submission in person or by proxy.
Reception of documents: Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 13:00. Pre-registration
is not required.

List of documents for a business visa:
- an invitation from the host company;
- a letter from the company (employer) with a request to issue a visa to
the employee;
- passport + copy of the page with personal data;
- 2 color photographs 3x4 on a white background;
- two-way ticket;
- a completed visa application form (a form at the consulate).
